The commission will hold a public hearing on the project at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Riordan Room D of town hall. The renovations are meant to give the two elementary schools a major face lift and provide a 21st century educational environment for students. Both schools will get updated gyms, libraries, cafeterias and classrooms. An addition will also be built onto Johnson.
