Gov. Ned Lamont has held up the bonding until the legislature passes funding for a 10-year transportation plan which at this point includes tolls for trucks. All of the state’s cities and towns are still dealing with the snow and ice that pelted the region Tuesday, but those that rely on the grant for snow removal must turn to other funding sources to get the work done.
