The chairwoman of the Connecticut Port Authority, Bonnie Reemsnyder, resigned Wednesday amid calls for her to step down by Gov. Ned Lamont. The authority also recently placed its executive director, Evan Matthews, on administrative leave, but has not stated the reason.
