“The priority for the last decade has been expansion and really about significant investment and enlargement of the transit network,” said Richard Andreski, the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s Bureau Chief of Public Transportation. Andreski said the expansion of the Hartford and New Haven rail lines and CTfastrak are examples of this expansion.
