Goodwin College has broken ground on a 25,000-square-foot, $8 million commercial building that aims to help revitalize the East Hartford school’s South Main Street campus area. The building on Main and Ensign streets will be used as a mixed-use commercial building and not for academic purposes, Goodwin spokesman Philip Moore said.
