Eleven transit-oriented development projects in Connecticut will receive $15 million in funding, including five in the Hartford region. Gov. Dannel P. Malloy said this week the funding will come through a competitive grant program that supports responsible growth, and noted it is targeted at boosting economic activity and creating jobs.
