The board of trustees approved $244 million for the project, which will include construction of a 79,000-square-foot School of Business, a 137,000-square-foot general academic building and a 417-bed residence hall, the university announced Thursday in a release. The construction will take place within the campus’s existing footprint, between Tator Hall and the College of Arts and Sciences, the release said. Olian expects the business school to be completed in the first half of 2024, she said, while the other two buildings more likely will be completed during the latter half of that year.
