Construction LLC, a company based in Bridgeport, for “exposing employees to fall and other hazards” at a Bridgeport site. With the citation comes $146,554 in proposed penalties. The company’s citation was for failing to provide its employees with fall protection, failing to train employees to recognize fall hazards, failure to properly anchor fall protection equipment, failure to provide eye protection and failure to have regular inspections of the work site, materials and equipment.
