A group of 26 Connecticut state lawmakers signed a letter addressed to Gov. Ned Lamont this week opposing the construction of the Killingly Energy Center (KEC), a gas-fired power plant. The letter encourages Lamont to join in the opposition to KEC. Flexer said that she is still researching what actions Lamont can take against the plant.
