The City Council Tuesday night approved a proposal to redevelop the Sessions building into market rate apartments, through a public-private partnership between Vesta Corp. and the Bristol Housing Authority. Vesta/BHA Joint Venture will be working together to clean up contamination and redevelop the property at 273 Riverside Ave.
