Town Manager Robert E. Lee has suggested starting up another five year $5 million road repair plan as the current program wraps up this year. “The council would have to make a decision by Sept. 5 for it to be included on the ballot,” Lee said. “No date has been set for a public hearing yet, but I expect it will be over the summer time -probably by August.”
