South Windsor has given the green light to a Nebraska builder-developer to erect a $30 million luxury retirement community on Buckland Road at Evergreen Walk. Bob Lewis, the developer/builder’s director of development, told the panel at public hearing that the company plans to break ground this spring and take 14 to 18 months to complete the project.
