The long-awaited Dixwell Community Q House will open its doors in September, offering city youths and others a multitude of activities and opportunities to learn. While it will serve everyone from “7 to 107 and all in between,” the Q House especially will keep young people occupied rather than potentially getting into trouble, according to Alder Jeanette Morrison, in whose 22nd Ward the Q House is rising.
